Danielle Larsen

Danielle Larsen currently serves as VP II Head of Operations for Property, Financial Lines, Specialty Lines, and Shared Services at Everest, as well as Head of North America Underwriting Services. With extensive experience at Swiss Re, Danielle held various senior roles including SVP and Head of P&C BM in Bratislava and Interim Head of P&C Business Management in Bangalore, focusing on operational compliance and talent development. This individual is also a board member of the International Girls Ensemble, promoting leadership and advocacy in educational theater and performing arts. Additionally, Danielle contributed as a mentor and advisor at The McCarthy(s) Venture Mentoring Network, supporting entrepreneurial growth. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northeastern University and Universidad de las Américas.
