Martyn Benson

Martyn Benson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and change leadership across global insurance and financial services. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer for International Insurance at Everest, Martyn oversees operations across multiple regions including the UK & Ireland, Europe, Asia, Pacific, and Latin America. Previously, Martyn held various leadership positions at Chubb, including Chief Operations Officer for Consumer Lines EMEA and Head of Operations for both EMEA and Asia Pacific, managing large teams and driving operational efficiency. Other notable roles include Managing Director of Operational Excellence at Standard Chartered Bank and Chief Operating Officer at Willis Towers Watson, where Martyn led significant transformations and integration initiatives.
