Melissa McDermott

Melissa McDermott serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Actuary of Everest Insurance, bringing extensive experience in the actuarial field. Previously, Melissa held key positions at AIG, including Chief Actuary for North America General Insurance and Head of Actuarial for AIG Risk Management. At AXA XL, Melissa led as Head of Global Specialty in Insurance Pricing and managed Global Risk Management and Allied Insurance Pricing. Early in their career, Melissa contributed to Travelers as an Actuarial Line Lead and Team Leader for Commercial Scoring Model. Melissa McDermott holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University.
