Pamela Sinclair

Pamela Sinclair currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Everest, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pamela was the VP and Global Head of Human Resources at PGIM from June 2013 to July 2025 and served as the Director of HR at Barclays Investment Bank from February 1996 to May 2013. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from the University of Greenwich, earned between 1990 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business/Commerce from Bournemouth and Poole College, completed from 1988 to 1990.
