Ashley McKee

Ashley McKee is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at LSB Industries, Inc. since June 2023. In this role, Ashley McKee leads the Human Resources strategy and operations, focusing on talent lifecycle, workforce management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this, Ashley McKee held various leadership positions at Williams from 2007 to 2023, including Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition and Director of HR Business Partners & Employee Relations, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employment branding, and strategic HR support to senior leadership. Earlier experience includes managing operations for Williams' Legal Department and serving as a Global Selection Consultant at IBM, specializing in selection tools and processes for enhanced workforce outcomes. Ashley McKee holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.
