Ricardo Anzaldua

Ricardo Anzaldua serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Everest Insurance® since May 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise and leadership experience. Anzaldua is a member of the Board of Directors Executive Committee for Latino Justice/PRLDEF and co-founded The Alumni Society in 2014. Active in various organizations, Anzaldua holds a board member position at the New York City Bar Association and was previously a board member for LatinoJustice PRLDEF until May 2023. Anzaldua's prior roles include retired Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Freddie Mac and MetLife, where significant achievements included developing a strategy to challenge MetLife's Dodd-Frank designation. Anzaldua also served as a senior advisor at The Hartford and held a partner position at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Anzaldua earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University in Economics and Latin American Studies.
