Sekou Diarra

Sekou Diarra currently serves as the AVP of Corporate Finance and Capital Management at Everest since January 2025. Previously, Sekou worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Nomura from July 2023 to January 2025, focusing on strategic advisory and capital raising within the property and casualty insurance sector. Sekou is an MBA graduate from Duke University, where studies were completed from July 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a Startup Analyst Fellowship at NC IDEA, a Summer Associate position at BlackRock, and various actuarial roles at Covéa, AXA Corporate Solutions, TRANSRE, Groupama, and an accounting internship at Fedasil. Sekou holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science and Risk Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics Economics from the University of Strasbourg.
