Mary Factor

Mary Factor has a diverse work experience ranging from their current role as an Email Marketing Specialist at EVERFI to their previous positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. At the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, they served as an Education & Outreach Coordinator, where they managed the compliance training program, designed and launched new courses and programs, and conducted research and analysis. Prior to that, they worked at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as a Special Education Teacher & Compliance Facilitator, leading a team and supporting general education initiatives. Mary's work experience showcases their expertise in education, program development, training, and compliance.

Mary Factor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from St. Petersburg College between 2012 and 2014. Mary later pursued further education at American University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communications.
