Chris Western

Chris Western has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 1998. Starting as an I.T. Analyst at Eland Logistics, they then became Centre Coordinator at a Non-profit Organization in 2002. In 2004, they began their career in Quality Assurance at Advantex Marketing, where they held the roles of QA Manager, QA Lead, and Q.A Analyst. In 2014, they moved to Avid Life Media as QA Manager, where they were responsible for the creation, monitoring and execution of strategic and tactical quality strategies. Chris then joined ruby as Vice President, Quality Assurance and Testing, where they managed a team of 11 QA analysts and acted as release manager and Director of Technology. In 2017, they joined Aviva Canada as Senior Manager, QA Deliverability, and in 2019 they became Quality Assurance Manager at Everflow - Partner Marketing Platform.

Chris Western attended Ryerson University from 2012 to 2012, completing an Information Systems Management Certificate. Prior to that, they attended Sheridan College from 1999 to 2001, where they completed a System's Analyst Co-op in Computer Science.
