Ojaye Williams

OJaye Williams, MBA, is an experienced consultant currently specializing in HCM security and workflow at eVerge Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, OJaye served as the Oracle HCM Lead at Acosta from October 2019 to July 2023, leading the HCM Fusion Upgrade and managing communication around Oracle HR Cloud issues. OJaye also held the position of Lead QA Analyst at Providence Technology Solutions from July 2017 to October 2019, influencing change management and participating in cross-functional sessions to align IT with business needs. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Office Manager at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, leading quality testing for software projects. OJaye holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Health Administration from the University of North Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College.
