Adrian Hennely

Adrian Hennely is the current Chief Delivery Officer at Evergen. Prior to this, Hennely served as a Project Manager at DriveYello from April 2018 to December 2019 and as a Developer Manager at The Search Party from March 2016 to June 2017.

At Drive Yello, Hennely was responsible for modernizing the production process and implementing engineer well-being, career progression, and onboarding programs. As a result of Hennely's efforts, the team doubled in size fairly painlessly.

At The Search Party, Hennely's responsibilities included introducing the business to agile, managing the transition to agile, training, assisting with business restructure, and working with teams to continue striving for improvement and increases in efficiency. In addition, Hennely was responsible for engineering delivery, including estimating, timelining, and workflow management of the production pipe. This required close collaboration with both engineers and product stakeholders on a daily basis. Lastly, Hennely managed the people who made up the technical teams, focusing on goal setting, retention of talent, and performance management.

Adrian Hennely has a background in web development and has completed certification courses in agile planning and managing an agile team.
