Amy Frey (Faus)

Amy (Faus) Frey, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Manager of People Business Partner for the BioTech division at AB InBev, where Amy supports the Global Biotechnology Team in utilizing innovative technologies for repurposing brewer’s grain. Prior to this role, Amy was a Global People Business Partner focused on implementing ABI's first large-scale protein plant. Amy's experience also includes several positions at Dollar General, culminating in a Senior Human Resources Manager role that involved staffing and legal compliance for distribution center operations. Earlier roles in human resources, marketing, and administration at various organizations provided a well-rounded foundation. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from William Woods University.
