Cindy Bush

Cindy Bush is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TMX Group since December 2020, where responsibilities include strategy development, workplace culture, and talent acquisition. Additionally, Cindy is a member of the Board of Directors for Evergreen Canada, actively contributing to the transformation of public spaces for healthier communities. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Cineplex, President of Cindy Bush Consulting, Vice President at Foresters Financial, and Vice President at OMERS, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. Cindy holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Master’s in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University.
