Amy Francetic

Amy Francetic is a prominent figure in the venture capital and clean energy sectors, currently serving as the Managing General Partner and Co-Founder of Buoyant Ventures, a venture fund focused on investing in digital climate solutions in North America. Francetic founded and led the Clean Energy Trust, a technology accelerator for clean energy companies in the Midwestern US, transitioning to a Board Director role in 2015 after their tenure as CEO. Previously, Francetic was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Energize Ventures, a $165 million fund investing in digital energy and industrial automation. Earlier experience includes positions at MVC Capital, SRI International, DEMOmobile, Zowie Interactive, Hasbro, and Electronic Arts. Francetic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from Stanford University.
