Tina Hippeli

Tina Hippeli is a seasoned Development Manager with extensive experience in the multi-family development sector. Currently at Evergreen Devco, Inc. since July 2020, Tina oversees all facets of development from concept and feasibility to design, entitlement, and construction. Previously, Tina has held development management roles at Brinkman from May 2012 to April 2020 and has accumulated valuable experience in project coordination and estimating at companies such as Heath Construction and Associates in Building & Design, Ltd. Tina began the career as an AutoCAD Technician and Estimator at Advanced Electronic System. Tina holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Construction Management from Colorado State University.
