Chad Crystal

Chad Crystal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Chad began their career as an Emergency Physician at Legacy Health from July 2007 to July 2011. Chad then joined EVERGREEN EMERGENCY SERVICES in January 2013 as the President. Currently, Chad Crystal holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Eastside Research Associates since June 2019.

Chad Crystal obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Northwestern University in 1996. Chad then went on to pursue their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the same university, completing it in the year 2000.
