Darren Carlson

Darren Carlson has over 25 years of experience in various management roles. Darren started their career as a Store Director and District Trainer at Toys"R"Us, where they successfully led a team of up to 250 associates and trained managers for multiple stores. Darren later became a Regional Sales and Service Trainer and facilitated the implementation of training programs and special events for six districts on the West Coast. At Luxottica, Darren served as a Regional Director of Operations and successfully led a team of store retail teams and independent doctors of optometry in Washington and Alaska. Darren also worked at Payless ShoeSource as a District Leader, where they focused on building teams and creating a great work environment. Prior to their current role as the Regional Director of Operations at Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington, Darren worked as the Director of Parking Operations at Diamond Parking Service, where they managed payroll, human resources, and special projects for multiple locations. Overall, Darren has a strong background in operations management, team building, and achieving sales goals.

Darren Carlson attended Bishop Blanchet High School, where they pursued a general studies curriculum. Darren then went on to The Evergreen State College and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts in 1990.
