Adam Steinquist has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Adam joined Evergreen Healthcare Partners in 2020 and currently serves as a Consultant Engagement Director, overseeing client engagements. Prior to this role, they were the Candidate Relations Lead, managing relationships with potential employees from March 2020 to April 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Adam worked at Dave's Guitar Shop as a Branch Manager, responsible for managing the operations of the store.

Adam began their career at Epic in 2012 as a Consultant Relations Coordinator, a role they held until 2018. In this position, they coordinated relationships with consultants.

From 2010 to 2012, Adam worked as a Luthier at both Lane's Lutherie and Violins and Santa Cruz Guitar Company, where they crafted and repaired stringed instruments.

Adam Steinquist attended Minnesota State College Southeast from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Retail Management. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Diploma in Guitar and Violin Repair.
