Benjamin Aubee

Benjamin Aubee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Benjamin is currently employed at Evergreen Healthcare Partners as a Senior Epic Consultant since 2020. Prior to this, they held the same role at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc from 2012 to 2020, where they had extensive experience implementing and optimizing Epic systems for various healthcare organizations.

At Nordic Consulting Partners, Benjamin played a crucial role in developing and implementing Professional Billing Community Connect and hybrid Community Connect/owned practice models for Allegheny Health Network. Benjamin also provided on-call support for multiple Go-Lives, assisted with system upgrades, and spearheaded initiatives to improve charge splitting issues and optimize charging workflows. Additionally, they mentored new employees during their tenure at the company.

Before joining Nordic Consulting Partners, Benjamin worked as a Project Accountant/Billing Coordinator at Phoenix House in 2012, primarily responsible for billing coordination and resolving billing errors for multiple locations. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Epic Systems from 2010 to 2011, leading a team through the installation of Epic's Resolute Professional Billing module. Benjamin also managed a service area consolidation project during their time at Epic Systems.

Benjamin's early career includes roles as a White Paper Copy Editor at APC in 2010, an intern at Pioneer Financial Group in 2009, and two internships at Pace Global Energy Services in 2009 and 2008, where they conducted research and analysis in the energy sector. During their internship at Pace Global Energy Services in 2008, they authored a comprehensive white paper on the global liquefied natural gas market.

Benjamin Aubee obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Benjamin also completed several certifications and courses, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. Additionally, Benjamin completed various courses on LinkedIn such as Developing Your Professional Image, Learning Program Management, Communication Foundations, Interpersonal Communication, Agile Development Practices, Business Acumen for Project Managers, Influencing Others, Learning from Failure, Listening to Customers, Note-Taking for Business Professionals, Project Management: Solving Common Project Problems, Leadership Foundations, Project Management Simplified, Scrum: The Basics, and Six Sigma Foundations. Furthermore, they obtained the Standard - CPR / AED / First-Aid Certification Course from the American Red Cross in April 2019.
