Bridget Baumhover has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bridget began their professional journey as an Early Childhood Educator at the Preucil School of Music in 2005, where they worked until 2008. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, they served as an Elementary Educator at the Iowa City Community School District, teaching Kindergarten and 1st grade.
In 2017, Bridget joined Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where they held multiple positions. Initially, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist, collaborating with potential candidates and current consultants to refine their resumes and showcase their work experiences effectively. Bridget then moved on to become the Candidate Relations Coordinator, responsible for building strong relationships with candidates. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Candidate Relations Lead, showcasing their dedication and expertise in candidate management. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Consultant Engagement Director, demonstrating their ability to lead and direct teams within the organization.
Bridget Baumhover obtained their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have also received a certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn in April 2021.
