Jeff Leach has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jeff co-founded Evergreen Healthcare Partners in 2017, where they hold the position of SVP of Client Partnerships. Prior to that, they worked at Huron as Strategic Account Sales, responsible for sales and client management of IT services. At Bayhealth, they served as an Epic Program Director, leading implementation and launch of two hospitals and implementing a new governance structure. Jeff was also a Program Director at Valley Health System, overseeing a large Epic project for six hospitals and over 100 ambulatory clinics. At Inova Health System, they oversaw Epic implementations in five hospitals and managed a team of over 200. At Lancaster General Health, they were the Program Director and Revenue Cycle Project Director, successfully implementing Epic Hospital Clinical, Access, and Revenue Cycle suite. Jeff also worked at Cleveland Clinic, Stanford University Medical Center, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics in various Epic-related roles.
Jeff Leach earned a B.S in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
