Lynne Liao started their work experience as a Pratt Research Fellow at Kenan Plastic Surgery Research Laboratories/Vo-Dinh Laboratory from September 2013 to May 2016. Lynne then joined Epic as an Implementation Project Manager from October 2015 to February 2018, where they led a multi-million dollar electronic health record system implementation project and developed a custom product for GI physician documentation. From 2018 to 2022, Lynne worked as a Freelance Artist for Lynne Liao Event and Floral Management Services, providing wedding planning, coordination, and floral design services. During the COVID pandemic in 2020, they took some time for self-reflection and decided not to pursue a medical career. Currently, Lynne serves as a Principal Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners since May 2022, focusing on healthcare, Epic EHR, and various medical specialties.
Lynne Liao attended Duke University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Biomedical Engineering. Lynne also pursued a minor in Music during their time there. Their primary field of study was Biomedical Engineering.
