Brad Schlageter

Brad Schlageter currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Evergreen Management since 2025. Prior to this role, Brad held various leadership positions at Welltower™ Inc. from 2013 to 2024, including Vice President of Project Management and Enterprise Applications, where responsibilities included leading technology project initiatives and overseeing the organization's ERP system functionality. Additional experiences include serving as Director of Information Management at Welltower™, focusing on the implementation of impactful technology projects, and as Senior Manager at Accretive Health, where the emphasis was on data integrity and revenue cycle operations analysis. Brad also worked at Accenture as a Manager, facilitating workshops and optimizing accounting processes, and at Cardinal Health as Finance Manager for International Emerging Markets, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting. Brad holds an MBA in General Business from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
