Tom McLendon

Tom McLendon has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Tom started their career as an intern at Alabama Orthopaedic Clinic, where they gained experience in project management and electronic medical record systems. Tom then worked as a clinic manager at American Family Care, overseeing two primary care physicians' offices and focusing on improving operations and collection procedures. Later, at Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons, they served as an administrative supervisor, managing day-to-day operations and IT systems across four locations. Following that, they joined Athens Vascular Surgery as the Chief Executive Officer, implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand services. In their most recent role as the Administrator and CEO at Evergreen Medical Center, they are responsible for the overall leadership and operations of the medical center.

Tom McLendon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Auburn University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Continuing their educational journey, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, completing their degree between 2009 and 2011.
