Joshua Richmond

Joshua Richmond is an experienced executive in the medical real estate sector, currently serving as the President & CEO of Evergreen Medical Properties since September 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Vice President of Investments at Physicians Realty Trust from September 2014 to August 2019 and served as a Senior Asset Manager at Welltower™ Inc. from January 2011 to December 2014. Joshua's career began at Richmond Honan Development & Acquisitions, LLC, where the role of Vice President was held from January 2003 to December 2010. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from The University of the South, earned between 1998 and 2002.
