Justin Carpenter

Justin Carpenter is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and management, currently holding the position of Principal at both Evergreen Medical Properties and Iron Tree Capital Partners since August 2019. With over a decade of experience, Justin has previously served as Vice President at TC US Partners and Iron Tree Capital, and as Director of Finance at RCG Ventures, where responsibilities included capital market activities and financial reporting for significant real estate portfolios. Early career roles included Asset Manager at Midland Loan Services, Senior Investment Analyst at Berlin Atlantic Capital, and Investment Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial analysis, asset strategy, and investment underwriting.
