Heather Fowler, Ed.D. is the Senior Director of Secondary Education at Evergreen Public Schools, where Heather leads efforts to improve student experiences and outcomes through equity-centered coaching cycles. Heather also serves as President of Fowler Educational Consulting, specializing in training staff in various educational frameworks. Additionally, Heather has a background in market research and holds a Doctor of Education degree from Washington State University.
