Julie Bocanegra

Julie Bocanegra (School Board President), appointed to represent District 1 the Evergreen Board of Directors in February 2012 and re-elected in November 2013, November 2017 and November 2021, manages a branch of Columbia Credit Union. She also is a former chair of the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce, former president of the Evergreen Little League and a lifelong Vancouver resident. Bocanegra and her husband have a son, Zach, who graduated from Heritage High School. In Fall 2020, she was selected to serve as a member of the Washington State School Directors Association Board.
