Joseph Negri is the Founder and CEO of Evergreen Residential, a full-service investment management platform focusing on small balance residential assets, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Institutional Single-Family Residential Platform at Amherst Residential from April 2012 to July 2021, where responsibilities included asset and capital management, investments, portfolio management, and investor relations for institutional clients. Additionally, Joseph held the position of Head of Asset Management at Main Street Renewal during the same timeframe. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as an Associate at Five Mile Capital from January 2009 to April 2012. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accountancy from Villanova University.
