Alex Agnoletto

Alex Agnoletto has extensive experience in finance and accounting. They started their career as an Accounting Operations intern at Par Pharmaceuticals in 2012, where they assisted with various tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

In 2013, Agnoletto joined KPMG US as an Audit and Financial Management Intern. They worked on audit and financial management projects during their internship.

After completing their internship, Agnoletto continued working at KPMG US as an Audit Associate in the Financial Services sector from October 2014 to July 2016. During this time, they gained experience in auditing and conducted research for various accounting procedures.

Agnoletto then progressed to the role of Senior Associate, Audit - Financial Services at KPMG US from July 2016 to June 2019. They acted as the global lead senior for a publicly traded financial technology company, overseeing audit teams and conducting research on accounting procedures.

From July 2019 to June 2020, Agnoletto held the position of Audit Manager - Financial Services at KPMG US. They managed audits for a publicly traded global company and served as a KPMG Audit National Instructor.

Agnoletto joined Cenlar FSB in July 2020 as the Director of Accounting. They held this role until March 2021.

In March 2021, Agnoletto joined Blue Foundry Bank as the VP, Controller. They led the accounting department, oversaw reporting, and guided the company through an IPO. They held this role until August 2021.

Agnoletto continued at Blue Foundry Bank, this time as the Interim-Chief Financial Officer & VP, Controller from September 2021 to May 2022. They took on additional responsibilities during this interim period.

Lastly, in February 2023, Agnoletto joined Evergreen Theragnostics as the Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold.

Alex Agnoletto has a Master's Degree in Accounting from Liberty University, Overton Graduate School of Business, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Liberty University, starting in 2010 and completing it in 2013. Alex also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, although the institution and specific details regarding its acquisition are not provided.
