Josh Russell

Josh Russell is currently the Marketing & Public Relations Director at Evergreen Valley College. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Community Relations Manager at Bank of America from September 2015 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing a variety of programs in the areas of philanthropy, community and civic engagement, , government relations, volunteerism, sponsorships, diversity and inclusion, communications, and business integration for the Silicon Valley area.

From August 2012 to July 2013, Josh was the Director of External Affairs at Arts Council Silicon Valley. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic relationships and partnerships with nonprofit organizations, media entities and corporations. Josh also managed a team focused on building and growing arts audiences and increasing arts engagement and participation. Additionally, Josh helped lead the merger of 1stACT Silicon Valley and Arts Council Silicon Valley – overseeing all communication strategy, co-creating a new strategic framework and developing implementation plans for Silicon Valley Creates (new merged organization) roll-out strategy and year 1 deliverables.

Josh Russell's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts from the University of Arizona and high school from Los gatos high school.
