Paul Bergholm

Paul Bergholm serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Evergreen Money since March 2023, focusing on developing a wealth management platform that integrates digital technology with personalized financial advice. Previously, Paul held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Greenhouse Design from June 2021 to December 2024 and worked at Personal Capital from September 2009 to February 2023 as Chief Administrative Officer and VP of Finance, guiding the company through its acquisition by Empower. Other notable positions include Chief Financial Officer at MyVest, dotFX Inc, and Taxcient, as well as Director of Finance at RSA Security following its acquisition of PassMark Security, where Paul was also the Chief Financial Officer. Paul began a career as a Certified Public Accountant after graduating with a BS from Notre Dame de Namur University in 1990 and served in the US Army as a Military Police officer from 1985 to 1987.
