Anum Rizvi, PharmD, BCACP, has a diverse background in pharmacy and education. Currently serving as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at EvergreenHealth, previously held roles including PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at Virginia Mason Medical Center and WSPA ACA Resident Representative at Washinton State Pharmacy Association. Completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
