Wendy Maimone

Wendy Maimone, MSW, LSWAIC, currently works in Care Management at EvergreenHealth, focusing on social work and collaborating with health care professionals to ensure coordinated care and discharge planning for patients and families. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager at Fairfax Behavioral Health, where psychosocial assessments and multidisciplinary collaboration were key responsibilities.
