Kelli Simpson

Kelli Simpson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy at Evergreen Health since August 2024, where responsibilities include spearheading talent acquisition, learning and development, employee experience, and retention initiatives. Prior to this role, Kelli operated as a self-employed HR consultant from January 2022 to January 2024, providing strategic guidance on People Ops, compliance, and employee engagement for businesses in the education, creative, and non-profit sectors. From January 2021 to January 2023, Kelli was the Manager of IBM Talent Consulting, leading a global team in talent acquisition for major clients. Kelli's extensive background at Bright Horizons spanned 22 years in various talent acquisition roles, culminating as Talent Acquisition Manager and also included the position of Director and Administrator at a corporate-sponsored early education center. Kelli began the career as an Education and Training Specialist at the Child Care Resource Network. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University at Buffalo.
