Carla Turner is the Social Services Supervisor - Director of Quality Assurance for Evergreen. Carla joined Evergreen in October 2021. As the Supervisor, Carla is responsible for providing leadership, development, implementation, and supervision of the Social Service Coordinator program at specific properties within Evergreen Real Estate Management's Affordable Division. As the Director of Quality Assurance, Carla ensures the fidelity of the Services Coordinators across Evergreen's affordable portfolio.

Carla has over 30 years of experience in Social Services. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Illinois State University and her master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. Carla has worked in various Social Service settings, including the Director of Catholic Charites Home Care, Social Worker for at-risk youth, Parent Educator in early childhood programs, and Site Manager for large early childhood and afterschool programs. During her time as the Director, Carla has exceeded state training regulations for over 400 Home Care Aides, developed department-specific policies and procedures, and increased the professional development of the administrative staff. She has extensive knowledge of social services for children, families, and seniors, as her experience includes social work, childcare, counseling, and training. She also worked as a Child Care licensing counselor for the State of Tennessee.
