Dale Farrow

Dale Farrow is an accomplished professional in the construction and design industry, currently serving as the Director of Design and Construction at Evergreen Real Estate Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dale held the position of Project Executive at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction from March 2023 to September 2025. Dale also has extensive experience as the Owner of Farcraft Construction from May 2018 to April 2023 and served as the Director of Operations at Farcraft Design for nearly three decades, from June 1989 to April 2018. Educational background includes two Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management and Design, and Facilities Planning and Management from Southeast Missouri State University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
