Nicole Ward

Nicole Ward, AIA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Design and Construction at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Vice President of Planning and Design at the Philadelphia Housing Authority from August 2023 to March 2024 and worked as the County Architect for Delaware County, Pennsylvania from September 2022 to August 2023. Nicole gained valuable experience as a Design Manager at the School District of Philadelphia from February 2016 to October 2022 and previously worked as an Architect at the Philadelphia Housing Authority from May 2010 to February 2016. Earlier in the career, Nicole held project management roles at Lighthouse Architecture, Inc. and Lee Smith Architects. Nicole earned a Master's degree in Architecture from Al-Jâmi'ah Al-Lubnaniya between 1986 and 1992, with expertise in master planning, design, design management, project management, and real estate development.
