David Kairis

David Kairis is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for culinary and purchasing at Evergreens since September 2017, Kairis also held the position of Area Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Chef at Opper Melang Restaurant Group and a Sales Representative at Provvista Specialty Foods Inc. Notable earlier roles feature Sous Chef positions at Restaurants Unlimited, Four Seasons Resort Vail, Bellagio, First Food & Bar, and Chef de Partie at Wynn Resorts. Kairis began a career in the food industry as a server at PF Changs China Bistro. Academically, Kairis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
