David Kairis is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for culinary and purchasing at Evergreens since September 2017, Kairis also held the position of Area Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Chef at Opper Melang Restaurant Group and a Sales Representative at Provvista Specialty Foods Inc.
