Evan Wright

Evan Wright is an experienced analyst specializing in energy forecasting and analytics, currently serving as the Lead Analyst at Evergy since December 2018, where responsibilities include load analysis and forecasting for Resource Plan filings, financial reports, and rate cases. Prior to this role, Evan held positions as a Senior Energy Forecast Analyst at Kansas City Power & Light and as an Adjunct Instructor for Principles of Macroeconomics and Marketing Research at Kansas City Kansas Community College and UMKC, respectively. Additional experience includes a Research Analyst position at Service Management Group, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty analysis, and pricing analyst roles at Systems Material Handling and YRC Worldwide. Evan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Baker University.
