Laschell Crook

Laschell Crook is a seasoned technology and management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Transmission and Distribution Systems at Evergy since October 2019, Crook focuses on optimizing technology to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes while monitoring key performance indicators. Previously, a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Westar Energy from January 2006 to September 2019, Crook directed testing and quality assurance processes, authored technical manuals, and mentored team members. Additional roles included Senior CMMS Coordinator and System Analyst at Westar Energy, as well as Enterprise Architect for the Kansas Department of Labor, where Crook contributed to establishing enterprise architecture standards.
