Sarah Hazelwood

Sarah Hazelwood is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Generation Reliability & Analytics at Evergy since July 2018, after holding positions including Senior Manager of Generation Strategy and Operations Superintendent. Prior to this, Sarah spent a decade at Westar Energy, where roles included Plant Chemistry Supervisor at the Jeffrey Energy Center, overseeing water chemistry management for high-pressure drum boilers, and Chemical Analyst, responsible for monitoring plant water quality systems. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Bethany College, obtained in 2008.
