Mark Zisholtz

Mark Zisholtz is an experienced executive leader in compliance and legal affairs, currently serving as EVP at EverHive since 2024, where responsibilities include compliance, regulatory matters, legal affairs, and business leadership. Previously, Mark held the position of SVP and General Counsel at Icon Information Consultants from 2020 to 2023, focusing on technology and employment law. Mark's legal career also includes roles as a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where expertise encompassed labor and employment law, contingent labor practices, and corporate compliance. Additionally, Mark served as VP and General Counsel at ACS Group, overseeing legal matters related to contingent labor. Mark's foundational experience includes active duty as a Crew Chief in the US Air Force and education from the University of Florida, where Mark acquired a Juris Doctor, a Master's in Management, and a Bachelor's in History.
