Stephany Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephany started their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co. where they worked as a Customer Experience Trainer from 1998 to 1999. Stephany then went on to manage Mr. Rag's Clothing Store (owned by Claire's Accessories) from 1999 to 2001. After that, they worked as a Network/Systems Administrator at RL & Associates from 2001 to 2002. Stephany then joined Sun Microsystems as a Software QA Engineer Consultant from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage. Stephany then spent a significant part of their career at Sprint, where they started as a Support Operations/Project Manager in 2007 and worked until 2017. Stephany'smost recent role was at Everi Holdings Inc., where they held positions as Manager, IT Support Operations/Customer Experience from 2017 to 2018, and currently serves as the Vice President leading IT NOC, BI Analytics, and IT Process Improvements from September 2018.

Stephany Hernandez attended Silicon Valley College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science / Network Administration. In 2018, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Association for Lean Six Sigma Certification.
