Todd Valli

Todd Valli has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Todd currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Tax & Chief Accounting Officer at Everi Holdings Inc., a role they have been in since 2011. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at Affinity Gaming, LLC from 2008 to 2011. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Financial Reporting and International Finance at Bally Technologies. Todd also has experience as the Director of Finance at AT&T Interactive from 2003 to 2006, where they built a strong finance department and implemented Oracle 11i in a post-merger environment. Before that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Diamond Resorts International® from 2002 to 2003, where they managed securitization due diligence and participated in the exit of Chapter 11 Restructuring. Todd started their career at Saxton Incorporated, where they worked as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting from 1996 to 1999.

Todd Valli completed their education at the UNLV Lee Business School. Todd obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Managerial Finance, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. Todd then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Todd holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy and the State of Alaska Board of Public Accountancy.
