Rajeev Falls possesses extensive experience in client service operations, project management, and customer communication across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Everise, Rajeev leads a team responsible for managing end-to-end client service operations, alongside overseeing project management for new business and vendor projects. Prior roles include enhancing operational excellence at Lotus Interworks, driving client acquisition and account management, and serving in leadership positions at various telecommunications companies, including Reliance Communications and Idea Cellular Ltd, with a focus on customer lifecycle management and retention strategies. Rajeev holds a Master’s degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
