Sudhir Agarwal

Sudhir Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of Everise. Sudhir has over two decades of experience in the customer service and outsourcing industry.

Sudhir started their career with GENPACT LLC in 2004, where they served as the Service Delivery Leader for Remote Marketing. Sudhir then moved on to Sunrise Services PTE LTD in 2006, before joining Aegis Ltd in 2010. At Aegis, Sudhir served as the President of Global Strategy and CEO of Far East. In this role, they were responsible for the successful transition of assets to operations, overseeing the post-acquisition integration, and the Business transformation functions for Aegis Globally.

In 2013, Sudhir left Aegis to join Essar as Director. Sudhir served in this role until May 2013, when they rejoined Aegis as the President of Global Strategy and CEO of Far East. Sudhir left Aegis for the second time in 2015 to start Everise.

Under Sudhir’s leadership, Everise has become a leading provider of customer service and support solutions. The company has a team of over 10,000 employees spread across 12 countries. Everise’s mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience that drives long-term loyalty and advocacy.

Sudhir Agarwal has completed an MBA in International Business from Alliance Manchester Business School. Sudhir also has a certification from LinkedIn in Writing to Be Heard on LinkedIn. Prior to this, they completed their high school education from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram in the field of Commerce.
