Rae Wadell

Rae Wadell is a highly experienced professional in the apparel merchandising industry, currently serving as a Senior Merchant for women's pants, dresses, outerwear, activewear, and swim at Everlane since June 2019, following roles as a merchant and associate buyer. Prior experience includes positions at Banana Republic as an Omni-Channel Merchant and Assistant Merchant, where Rae was selected among the top 1.5% of applicants for the Rotational Management Program. Additional roles include an interviewer at Indiana University Center for Survey Research, a visual merchandising intern at Nordstrom, and various positions in e-commerce and retail settings. Rae holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington and has studied at Richmond, The American International University in London.
