Vanessa Haefele

Vanessa Haefele is an accomplished professional in technical design with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Design at Everlane since October 2024, Vanessa previously held the same role at Ingrid & Isabel, LLC, where oversight included multiple brands and categories for Target. Prior positions include Senior Technical Designer roles at Frances Austen and Old Navy, along with technical design roles at Charlotte Russe, Banana Republic, and others. Vanessa's foundational experience includes internships at Calvin Klein and design roles at EILEEN FISHER, The North Face, and Tharanco/Takeout. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Boston University and an Associate degree in Fashion Design & Development from Parsons School of Design.
