Cassie Carnevale

Cassie Carnevale is a seasoned professional in customer success and legal software training, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Everlaw since April 2021. Prior to this role, Carnevale spent over 14 years at Best Practices Training & Consulting as a Legal Software Trainer and Consultant, enhancing client knowledge and software capabilities. Carnevale's career began at CT Summation, where a tenure as Senior Sales Manager lasted nearly 10 years. Educationally, Carnevale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HRTA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
